Self Service Web Site
During July I launched a new web site designed to
enable consumers to shop for insurance at their own
pace. This site provides access to the same
technology insurance agents use to generate health
insurance and life insurance quotes. In addition the
new web site has a glossary of terms, and a series of
articles written to help you make better insurance
purchase decisions.
I'd like to thank those of you who took time to review
the site and provide input. I incorporated many of
the changes you suggested. As a result, the site is
easier to use and will better serve the needs of
insurance shoppers.

launched two new LTCI products that will enable
previously uninsurable clients to get coverage.
These products fund Long Term Care by using either
